When Mr Karl Gannon was setting up his business he was meticulous in ensuring he followed all of the correct procedures, and sort advice from professional bodies.
From a school's point of view he was keen to know exactly what schools wanted and what approach would be best. He was especially keen to be inclusive and ensure the special needs market was catered for as this was an area of particular interest for him.
I am Head of a specialist provision and he spent time visting our provision so he could assess the exact market he would be catering for. I am aware he also did this with many other schools in the areas he was providing a service to. Mr Gannon has been very keen to support our provision due to the nature of our pupils needs, he is very supportive of any fundraising events and is keen to help where and when he can.
When placing teachers with us, he is always asking for feedback to ensure that the particular member of staff has met our needs, thus ensuring high quality staff are available.
For a relatively new company Mr Gannon, has made a success of his company and I look forward to seeing the company go from strength to strength.

Experience of working with Education Sense
Education Sense was due to start providing supply teachers to schools from Monday 6th November 2006 once all CRB checks had been cleared. However, on Sunday 29th October I became in desperate need of a supply teacher for a two-week period due to a teacher having shingles & another with personal problems. Being the weekend and end of term break I wasn’t sure what to do about immediate cover, so I e-mailed Education Sense for advice and possible support. I was contacted that evening and told they had someone available with a check that could cover the next 2 weeks for me – I went to bed happy that my pupils would have a teacher on their return to school.
Since then Education Sense have been able to accommodate all of our supply needs with consistent teachers who have had experience in the field of special needs. Mr Karl Gannon has kept in touch with us to see how staff are getting on with our pupils. We have recently employed one of the agency’s teachers and the process has been very simple and hassle free from both ends.
The great thing about education sense has also been the electronic communication, invoicing and references, which all help to create a better environment for our pupils.
