I have worked for Education Sense for a little under a year, having been employed previously as a manager in residential care and Special Education Needs provision. My initial impression of the company comprised an encouraging combination of high professional standards plus warm personal support. Having no become much better aquainted with the team who run and manage Education Sense and with Karl as the company director, I feel that there are two specific features which make this agency different from, and better than, its competitors with whom I am familiar. Firstly, Karl's level of personal involvment with the schools to which he offers a service is, I believe, exemplary. Secondly, his commitment to provide relevant and specialist training to his staff, enabling them to work confidently in the most challenging settings, is a testimony to his determination to provide the best rather than the easiest service to the schools who have the greatest needs.
